Q: What do I get for the price of the Price Book subscription service?
A: The subscription service covers the model year of information and not just a single book. As the information is updated we will send out an update in the form of an insert or new book. The type of update depends on the volume and timing of changes.
Q: How often will I get updates?
A: The updates are determined by the release of information from the factory. There is no set time frame for this release. Our subscription service averages 6 updates a year (3 books and 3 inserts).
Q: What if there are no factory updates for a long period of time and my book is becoming worn or has been misplaced?
A: Free replacement books are available for lost or worn books. This replacement guarantee begins 90 days after your current book date until the next updated issue.
Q: Why are Destination Charges included in the Base Vehicle prices?
A: While it only happens occasionally, some sales people forget about the Destination Charge when quoting a vehicle's base price. We have added those figures to the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price to minimize the chance that they will be inadvertently omitted and then come as a surprise as the sale is finalized.
